Vets denounce stalled funding

With the new fiscal year already underway, Congress is late in voting on the budget for the Department of Veterans' Affairs. The situation was denounced by veterans organizations that are concerned veterans will not receive the care they have been promised. In the newest development over the issue, one of these organizations released a television advertisement earlier this week.
